I have always enjoyed reading the blog Humble Pie simply bc she loves the Lord, loves her children, and loves to decorate! She has a new blog now that is dedicated to posting recipes that are made for a gluten free diet. I don't deal with this issue but I know a lot of people that do. Anyways, it's definitely worth checking out:
