marathon running tips.

Found a good website with some marathon/half-marathon training info. Had some great be sure to drink 6-8 oz of water every 20 min, stretch for 2 minutes for every mile that you run, etc....

After watching Biggest Loser this week, I am flirting with the idea of running the whole marathon this year.....not sure...probably not....we'll see:) It's a LOT of running...a WHOLE lot of running! For anyone else out there flirting with the idea ....the website had lots of great tips!
