I'm going to be posting my training schedule each week just incase there is anyone out in blog world who wants to train for a 1/2 marathon and also so I will hold myself accountable. Runnersworld.com is where I am getting my training schedule. It's an awesome resource for beginning runners.
Week 2
Mon-rest
Tues.-short run 2 miles
Wed.-rest
Thurs.-Tempo run-5 miles
Friday-rest
Sat-Long run-6 miles
Sunday-pilates/yoga video

You sound pretty committed...That Mon., Wed., and Fri., will be tough but I know you can do it ;)
